FitTrack Privacy Policy
This page covers the two FitTrack platform apps published by Kukoo Technologies: Fittie, the member app, and FitTrack Admin, the gym-owner app. Each app has its own section below.
Fittie Privacy Information
Last updated: 5 September 2026
Fittie (package com.fittrack.fittrack_customer) is the member app for
gyms and fitness studios on the FitTrack platform, published by Kukoo Technologies.
This section explains what Fittie collects, why, and how to have it deleted.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and Google account identifier. We use these to identify you to your gym and to keep your memberships attached to you.
- Membership and payment records. The gym you join, the package you bought, its price, and whether the payment is pending or approved.
- Check-in history. The date and time of each check-in and the gym it was recorded at.
Fittie contains no advertising SDK and no analytics SDK. We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, files or device identifiers for advertising, and we do not sell your data or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Payments
Fittie never asks for or stores your card, bank or UPI credentials. When you buy a membership, Fittie opens your own UPI app with the gym's payment details pre-filled. The payment itself happens entirely inside your UPI app and your bank. Fittie only records that a payment was requested, for how much, and whether the gym approved it.
Who your information is shared with
Your name, membership status, payment requests and check-in history are visible to the gym you have joined, through the FitTrack Admin app. That is the purpose of the app: your gym has to be able to see that you are a member and that you turned up. Data is stored on Google Cloud Firestore and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. We disclose data to no one else except where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep your account information, memberships, payment records and check-in history for as long as your account exists. Delete your account and all of it is removed, as described below.
Deleting your Fittie account and data
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. No email or form is needed.
- Open Fittie and sign in.
- Tap the ⋮ menu at the top right of the dashboard.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read the confirmation and tap Delete account again.
What is deleted: your Google sign-in record with us (name, email, account identifier), every membership you hold, every payment record, and your entire check-in history. All of it is removed immediately and permanently, and your gym stops seeing you as a member.
What is kept: nothing. There is no additional retention period and no backup copy retained for Fittie member accounts.
If you cannot open the app, email imraaimmu@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, asking us to delete your Fittie account. We will action it within 30 days.
Children
Fittie is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

FitTrack Admin Privacy Information
Last updated: 5 September 2026
FitTrack Admin (package com.fittrack.fittrack_admin) is the gym owner's app
for the FitTrack platform, published by Kukoo Technologies. It is intended for gym
owners and their staff, not for members — members use Fittie.
Information we collect from gym owners
- Account information. Your name, email address and Google account identifier, received when you sign in with Google.
- Gym details. Your gym's name, address, contact details and the membership packages you publish, including their prices and durations.
- Payout details. The bank account and UPI ID you enter so that members can pay you directly. These are stored so they can be shown to a member at the moment they pay. We never move money and we never see your banking credentials.
- An optional admin passcode. Stored only as a salted, repeatedly hashed digest so a device can be left in Kiosk Mode on the front desk. The passcode itself is never stored and cannot be recovered from the digest.
Member information you can see
Because you run the gym, the app shows you the name of each member who joins, their membership status and expiry, their payment requests, and their check-in history at your gym. You are responsible for handling that information lawfully. Do not use it for anything other than running your gym.
FitTrack Admin contains no advertising SDK and no analytics SDK. Data is stored on Google Cloud Firestore and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.
Deleting your FitTrack Admin account and gym
You can delete your account, your gym and everything filed under it from inside the app. No email or form is needed.
- Open FitTrack Admin and sign in.
- Switch out of Kiosk Mode using your admin passcode.
- Tap the ⋮ menu at the top right.
- Tap Delete account and gym.
- Confirm, then sign in with the Google account that owns the gym when prompted. This step proves it is really you before anything is removed.
What is deleted: your Google sign-in record with us, your gym and its packages, your stored bank and UPI details, your admin passcode digest, every membership record for your gym, every payment request, and the full check-in history. Your gym disappears from the Fittie member app immediately.
What is kept: nothing. There is no additional retention period.
Deleting your gym removes your members' membership records at your gym. It does not delete their Fittie accounts, which are theirs to delete.
If you cannot open the app, email imraaimmu@gmail.com from the address that owns the gym. We will action it within 30 days.
